How do you remove wax from a kitten’s fur?

Our kitten knocked over a wax tart warmer and the wax is stuck to his fur. He is 11 weeks old. Any ideas how we can safely remove the wax. It’s mostly on his belly and his tail.

First you need to check to make sure the kitten doesnt have any serious burns. The belly area isnt as protected with fur as the rest of the body. If the kitten is ok , then just dont worry about it. It will come off eventually. Pulling it and combing it will just hurt the poor thing. Have a pull on your body hair and see how much it hurts. The kitten will get it off in time.
